Wonders Of The Waterfall

I stood before the waterfall
In search of peace and serenity
And though her power made me feel so small
In my heart and soul the essence was of plenty

I took a deep breath in and closed my eyes
And listened as the water created a beautiful tone
Soon I began to realize
I wasn’t there alone!
Eat,pray, love and take a close look at the photo!

About faengelina

I am a 52 yr old single mother of 2 sons ages 20 and 22. I have a grandson that is 2 yrs old, they are the joy of my life. I live in Brooklyn,NY. I have been a nurse for over 20 years now, most of them working with the mentally ill. I have always believed in fairies and angels. I create altered art which I sell on Etsy with images of angels and fairies. I also love to write and write a monthly article for my hometown paper. I beleive that angels, fairies and nurses are all connected as they are all messengers in some way!

Amazing poetry and a beautiful photo. I did free-climber for 15 years on the west coast. I have photos hidden somewhere of hidden waterfalls and lakes in the fault lines and hidden places. Good to understand and appreciate the beauty of nature. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.
