Wisp Me Away

Wisp me away
On this last Summer day
Take me by the hand
And walk me barefoot in the sand

Set the clock in slow motion
And let me listen to the ocean
Sit me down by a stream
Where I can let my mind daydream

Show me a rainbow,a full moon,a cloud
Turn up the music in the streets really loud
Like the rhythm of flip flops on the city street
The last chance to eat watermelon so juicy and sweet

Wisp me away
On this last Summer
As soon it will be a part of my past
Like my childhood days, gone by too fast!
Eat,pray, love and let the Summer’s last day
Find you wisped away!

About faengelina

I am a 52 yr old single mother of 2 sons ages 20 and 22. I have a grandson that is 2 yrs old, they are the joy of my life. I live in Brooklyn,NY. I have been a nurse for over 20 years now, most of them working with the mentally ill. I have always believed in fairies and angels. I create altered art which I sell on Etsy with images of angels and fairies. I also love to write and write a monthly article for my hometown paper. I beleive that angels, fairies and nurses are all connected as they are all messengers in some way!
