One Hour With You

The last elevator ding
Has been heard
The last typewriter”s
Typed out word

The watercooler’s last bubble
The end of the gossip
That causes trouble

The last dash
To the evening train
Until one hour with you again
Eat,pray,love and honor the great poets this National Poetry Month!
